Responsibilities:

• Record and edit audio files to produce highquality podcast episodes.
• Design audio products that align with industry trends and meet the podcasts creative vision.
• Monitor and maintain the overall quality of audio production including sound clarity balance and coherence.
• Follow script instructions to portray the intended content and messaging accurately.
• Utilize sound engineering techniques to enhance audio quality including noise reduction equalization and audio effects.
• Create engaging and captivating audio content that resonates with listeners and keeps them engaged.
• Collaborate with other production team members including hosts producers and sound engineers to ensure a seamless podcast production process.
• Meet deadlines for audio production ensuring episodes are delivered on time and ready for release.
• Work independently managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks based on project timelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative ideas and concepts for podcast episodes.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with podcast hosts guests and other team members.

Skills Required:
