Position Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys the thrill of keeping things running smoothly and efficiently? Do you love problem-solving and creating a safe, well-maintained environment for everyone around you? If so, we want you to join our team as a Plant Management Assistant!

In this role, you’ll work closely with our plant management team to ensure that our senior care communities stay in top shape. From ensuring that facilities are safe, well-maintained, and running like clockwork, to solving facility issues on the fly—every day will bring something new and exciting!

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping Things Running Smoothly:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with the overall operations of our communities, ensuring everything functions properly for the comfort and safety of staff and residents.
• Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate and ensure maintenance schedules are followed, preventing issues before they arise and keeping things in optimal condition.
• Safety First: Collaborate with facility managers to maintain safety and compliance across all communities, ensuring everyone enjoys a secure environment.
• Problem-Solving Troubleshooting: Step in to address and resolve any problems, whether it's fixing a broken system, troubleshooting equipment, or finding ways to improve facility operations.

Working with Awesome Teams:

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, including facility managers and other team members, to ensure smooth operations and success across the organization.
• Exciting Projects: Engage in diverse projects that help enhance our communities, from system upgrades to facility improvements and implementing new solutions, all while learning and growing on the job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, car-related, or construction-related roles, or within the real estate, property management, or realty sectors.
• Office Work: Primarily office-based role, with responsibilities focused on ensuring smooth operations through communication, organization, and oversight.
• Skills: Strong proficiency with Excel and CMS programs to track and report on operations. Familiarity with real estate and property management is also a plus.
• A Can-Do Attitude: A passion for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, where no day is the same.
• Organization Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while keeping operations running efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to troubleshoot issues and think creatively to improve processes.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach, eager to work with others to make a difference in the organization.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with team members and report on operational issues.
