Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a construction monitor to join our team with NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, but construction experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that timber, concrete, and steel pilings are properly driven on-site. This role requires basic data entry and recording, the ability to read construction documents, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. All training will be provided.

Duties

• Ensure correct number and size of pilings have been delivered to the site.
• Monitor and supervise installation of piles on construction sites according to provided data sheets.
• Collect and document required data in an organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with engineers off-site to provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate job site activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel to job-sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to observe and record data.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate with KI Team

Note: This is an on-call, as-needed, contract position. We will provide sufficient notice and information prior to the start of each job.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• On call

Work Location: In person
