Job Description

Job Summary: Weibel Auto Group is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, the Parts Manager will oversee all aspects of our parts department, including purchasing, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry. The compensation for this role is $75,000 to $120,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts department profitability
• Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Manage purchasing and inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels
• Supervise and train parts department staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Monitor and analyze trends in parts sales, identify areas for improvement, and create action plans to increase sales
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a parts management role in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with management software systems
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
