Core Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services and past due appointments.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and department goals by consistently demonstrating professionalism and a helpful attitude.
• Manage fleet of loaner vehicles.
• Assist with filing customer repair orders and other clerical tasks.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a receptionist or phone-based customer service role is preferred, however, not required.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• A welcoming, friendly, and professional demeanor to ensure customers enjoy a positive dealership experience.
• Dependable with a team-player mindset.
• Strong computer and administrative skills, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment: This a part-time position offering 5-hour shifts Monday – Friday. The Receptionist will work in an office setting within the Service Department.
