Job Description

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) assessments on an hourly, as-needed basis. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is ADOS-certified and enjoys the assessment process without the responsibility of managing an ongoing caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and score ADOS-2 assessments to support autism diagnoses.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment reports based on ADOS-2 findings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to discuss assessment results.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• ADOS-2 certification is required.
• Experience administering ADOS-2 assessments in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
