**Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant**

**Position Details:**

- **Work Schedule:** Approximately 3-4 hours per day, 4 days per week.
- **Location:** Primarily onsite, with some potential for remote work as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Manage administrative functions and high-visibility projects as assigned.
- Foster a positive team culture and set a welcoming tone for the office.
- Plan, coordinate, and support meetings and events, both onsite and remotely.
- Handle logistical arrangements, create itineraries, and manage agendas.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up actions are communicated.
- Manage SLT email inboxes and assist in keeping track of deadlines.
- Create presentations and coordinate documents for meetings.
- Serve as the liaison for IT needs, including equipment orders and support.
- Maintain calendars for the SLT, schedule appointments, and screen calls.
- Assist with purchasing, travel authorizations, and reimbursements.
- Support other administrative units, including accounting and shipping.
- Maintain records and filing systems in compliance with retention policies.
- Provide backup support for the front desk and shipping team as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent project management, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Familiarity with current office technology and applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
