Job Description

*NEW POP UP RESTAURANT CONCEPT IN THE WEST LOOP*
We are thrilled to begin our search for experienced and enthusiastic staff for our new pop up restaurant that will be debuting next month! While we can't give away too many details just yet, we will be activating our first floor corner space for some fun and exciting food and beverage offerings. We are excited to open up our garage doors, let the fresh air in, and serve some awesome food and beverage with amazing vibes!
Since we will be a pop up seasonal restaurant we are looking for both part time and full time staff. We are not afraid of amazing talented hospitality professionals looking to pick up some extra shifts during this busy season. We also love teachers, students, nurses, and anyone else with hospitality experience that has the time to dedicate to a summer job. If you are hard working, dedicated, willing to learn, and have a baseline hospitality acumen we would love to talk to you.
Hours of Operation
Tuesday - Thursday 4pm-11pm
Friday 3pm-12:30am
Saturday 12pm-1am
Sunday & Monday CLOSED

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Positive attitude
Punctuality
Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts
Team mentality.
Baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits
Ability to capably manage a high volume service bar (BARTENDER ONLY)
Professional and polished presentation and hospitality tone of voice
Experience using Toast POS

General:
Ability to lift ~30lbs
Ability to stand on your feet for 6-10 hours
Job Schedule:
Dinner service only: Tuesday-Friday
Lunch & Dinner service: Saturday NO MORNING SHIFTS - NO BRUNCH SHIFTS - NO SUPER LATE NIGHT SHIFTS
NO SUNDAYS - NO MONDAYS
