Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Sunnyvale, California. This part-time role involves supporting daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while working closely with leadership and team members. Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments while maintaining an organized reception area. - Handle mail distribution, courier services, and logistics, including creating and managing shipping labels. - Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory, restock items as needed, and ensure cleanliness in shared spaces. - Conduct research to identify healthy snack options and innovative ideas for team-building activities. - Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as required, including coordinating with property management for urgent matters. - Provide general support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. - 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
