Were looking for a detail-oriented proactive Office Administrator to support our Real Estate Land Acquisition & Corporate Affairs this role youll keep operations running smoothly manage key processes and collaborate across departments to make a real impact.

How you will make an impact

• Coordinate meetings events and projects for the Real Estate Corporate Affairs and Land Acquisition teams
• Manage vendor applications invoices and records
• Coordinate the creation and management of promotional materials for the department
• Schedule plan organize and set up department meetings conferences and plan travel
• Serve as liaison with HR IT Procurement and Facilities
• Support onboarding training and process improvements
• Handle travel planning expense reporting and office logistics

Compensation: $75000.00 -$85000.00 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus

What you will need

• Minimum five years of office management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook Power Point Visio and SharePoint.
• Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner.
