Job Summary:
The Medical Receptionist is the face of the healthcare facility, creating a positive experience for patients, visitors, and medical staff. You'll be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records to support exceptional care delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in healthcare administration preferred.
+ Experience working in a healthcare office environment-such as reception, scheduling, or front desk administration-is strongly desired.
+ Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar programs.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
+ Polished interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient experiences.
