JOB SUMMARY
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional massage, baths, and body therapies, adhering to company SOP’s. Performs massage services offered on spa menu, using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Effectively communicates with guests to understand their needs and areas of concern, while maintaining a high level of customer service standards.

COMPENSATION: 13% Service Commission + hourly + 25% on Enhancement Services + Service Charge + Retail Commission
This is a hourly plus commission position. The anticipated commissions earned for this role translates to an hourly pay range of $23.00 to $40.00 , not including gratuity. This rate and pay structure is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Sisley Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina Del Rey . This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employee Partners are paid $16.90 for the hours worked during a given two week payroll period, plus any earned commissions and tips. Pay ranges may vary based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
