We are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and content calendars

  • Create engaging content for digital and print channels

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on ROI

  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices

  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and branding

  • Manage and update the company website using CMS tools

  • Coordinate events, webinars, or promotions as needed

  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure CRM accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

  • Knowledge of basic HTML or website editing tools

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
