**What You'll Do**
+ Assemble and inspect precision components for medical devices.
+ Operate advanced laser machines and other specialized equipment.
+ Maintain accurate production records and ensure products meet strict quality standards.
+ Keep your workstation clean and safe while supporting continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate across production areas to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
+ Use hand tools and microscopes for detailed work.
+ Prepare goods for shipment and assist with packaging.
**What Makes You a Great Fit**
+ Experience in **assembly** , **machine operation** , or **medical device manufacturing** .
+ Familiarity with **laser marking, welding, or ablation** is a big plus!
+ Comfortable working in a **cleanroom environment** and using microscopes.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
_(Don't have laser experience? No problem! We'll train you-start as Operator Level 1 and grow into Level 2 with hands-on learning.)_

**Experience Level:** Entry-level to experienced operators welcome. If you have laser experience, you can start at Level 2 right away!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
