Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative and operational support within the health insurance industry. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Oversee licensure coordination processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Review and process payments, invoices, and other financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency. - Conduct audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards across operations. - Manage and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. - Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to streamline workflows and optimize performance. - Monitor and analyze aging reports, demographics, and other relevant data for process improvement. - Support clinical trial operations and maintain adherence to established procedures. - Utilize communication and leadership skills to guide team members and contribute to a positive work environment. - Maintain and update website content related to operational processes and ensure information is current. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare industry. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams. - Familiarity with payment processing, auditing, and quality assurance practices. - Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools. - Knowledge of clinical trial operations and healthcare-related procedures is preferred. - Ability to review and analyze financial reports, invoices, and demographic data. - Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving. - Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
