What We Are Looking For:
This is a fantastic opportunity to have work/life flexibility as a Lead Researcher/Generator for a growing franchising company that provides commercial cleaning, janitorial and preventive disinfection services. This is a fully remote position, 32-hour work week, and is responsible for identifying leads.
Compensation And Benefits:
$20 - $22 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
Use CRM platforms to research and identify target leads.
Call identified leads, speaking with the decision makers, to determine if they can use our services and their budget, if they are qualified.
Establish rapport, nurture with touchpoints, and set appointments for Sales Manager.
Keep the CRM system up-to-date with critical information.
Engage via on-going marketing campaigns, emails, calls, and direct mail.
Follow-up with qualified leads, as needed.
Qualifications We Require:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in prospecting or sales, excluding retail.
Experience with CRM system, particularly if familiar with Convex Atlas or ZoomInfo
Skills We Are Looking For:
Excellent communication skills for phone conversations with a target accuracy of 70-80% when qualifying leads.
Ability to learn quickly and accurately follow processes.
Positive Attitude and Easy To Talk To On The Phone
