Kronos / UKG Pro WFM Sr. Business Analyst Lead (PeopleSoft Integration) - Initially 1-2 months onsite NYC, thereafter Remote with weekly NYC onsite | Pay Rate: $80 $90/hr . Lead a large multi-agency upgrade consolidating five Kronos WFC instances into a single UKG Pro WFM environment. Current WFC is in UKG Private Cloud; target WFM is in Google Cloud. Project is in the testing phase with staged go-lives through mid-2026.
This is a primarily functional role (about 95% Kronos/UKG focus ) centered on business analysis, configuration validation, test planning/execution (QA/UAT), and data migration oversight, plus integration validation with PeopleSoft HRMS via Boomi . You'll partner with PMO, SI partners, and agency stakeholders, and provide targeted user training and go-live support.
Looking for someone who has led a full Kronos UKG Pro migration , is strong in pay/work rules and Timekeeper across Leave, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, Analytics, Data Hub, Mobile , and can juggle multiple parallel tracks. Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on testing chops are must-haves.
