Our clients experience life in it, create memories in it and derive an understated confidence from it.
Our company was founded on an idea by Charles Ifergan and is run today by Charles and children.

FAQs about our Intensive Training Program:
Q: Are you departmentalized?
A: Yes, our Stylists and Colorists are extensively trained in their respective departments. During your training you will still have an overview of the other department as we work closely in teams.
Q: Why are you departmentalized?
A: We believe a departmentalized salon affords you the opportunity to hone your craft and become an expert at a specific trade. This specialization ensures clients receive exceptional services tailored to their needs. With experts dedicated to a field, clients can expect consistent high-quality services every visit, launching your success as a Stylist or Colorist.
In addition, being departmentalized fosters a strong sense of teamwork that supports each other’s growth. You will also have the opportunity to attend advanced continued education both in the salons and abroad through workshops and seminars.
Q: How long is the program?
A: Our program is based on the merit system, with a focus on fast advancement and training tailored to your unique learning needs. You will be evaluated every other month. The faster you learn, the sooner you will graduate. Most students complete their program within 6 months to 1 year. If you are highly motivated and advanced, individuals can graduate in just 3 months, propelling you into your beauty career faster than traditional salon programs!
Q: What’s in it for me?
A: You will help other Technicians with paying clients. This will give you the confidence on how to care and deal with paying clients before you do your own and make great tips.
Q: How much can I expect to earn?
A: As a Charles Ifergan Stylist or Colorist, you can expect to earn $50,000 to $60,000 by the end of your second year after graduation. From there the sky is the limit!
Q: Is that true that Colorists make more money than Stylists?
A: Of our top 10 earners, 5 are Stylists and 5 are Colorists. Our Stylists can make a lot of money because they can book every 30 minutes and/or use the help of Assistants to do their blowdrys.
Q: Can I work on photo shoots or fashion shows?
A: All our team members have the chance to showcase their talent on exciting platforms like photoshoots, fashion shows, and on TV, gaining invaluable exposure and expanding their hair portfolio.
Q: Do you offer internships?
A: We offer an Internship Program with flexible hours for those who are still in school. The hours are full-time for those who have finished cosmetology school.
Joining our team means more than just a job; it's an opportunity to learn from industry leaders, refine your skills, and make a real impact in the world of beauty. With a focus on Effortlessly Beautiful Hair Inspired by French Artistry, we offer the resources, mentorship, and a platform to help you reach your full potential.
