Job Description:
Provide IT site support for vet clinic expansions, including ticket resolution, hardware setup, and network troubleshooting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support vet clinic IT infrastructure, including deployments and setup of new locations.
Manage and triage support tickets via ServiceNow.
Ensure SLA compliance and resolution of technical issues.
Travel to vet clinics 1x/week in Dallas and 1-2x/week in Austin.
Assist with networking, Windows, iOS devices, and hardware replacements.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
At least 21 years old (for rental car purposes).
1-5 years of IT support experience.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle dissatisfied customers.
Basic Tier 1 Helpdesk support experience.
Experience with Windows OS, iOS devices (iPads), and Client printers.
General networking knowledge and hardware troubleshooting experience.
Willingness to travel (1 week per month for extended trips).
Nice-to-Haves:
A Certification.
