Job Description

Drake Cooper is on the lookout for a bold, forward-looking Integrated Producer to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

As an Integrated Producer, you’ll wear both agency and line producer hats—overseeing projects from concept to final delivery. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Director of Integrated Production,  account teams, creative teams, clients, and a talented internal crew of makers to bring campaigns to life. Whether it's a broadcast TV spot, social series, podcast, or digital video, you’ll be in the mix producing content across formats and channels.

You'll be the go-to person for production and post-production expertise—managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and expectations with confidence. You know how to triple bid and navigate both union and non-union shoots. Most importantly, you bring a calm, collaborative energy to every production.

If you excel in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and are a proactive communicator with exceptional organizational skills, a passion for the production craft, a deep love for great storytelling, and a value for collaboration, curiosity, and kindness, this role is for you.

At Drake Cooper, we believe in doing great work with great people—and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares our values and drive.

Responsibilities / TO AGENCY

  • Management of broadcast, online, and other video production projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaboration in the development of production budgets and scopes.
  • Reconciliation of production costs to client budgets.
  • Work closely with business affairs to ensure production completion reports and all production legalities are covered.
  • Building and maintenance of production timelines and resolution of cross-project scheduling conflicts.
  • Evaluation of new projects to determine the best production option (external vs. internal).
  • Sourcing, bidding, and management of third-party production vendors on applicable projects.
  • Regular communication to agency leadership and finance of overall production status.
  • Leadership - managing and guiding a production team.
  • Support the organization, management, and safekeeping of final production assets.

Responsibilities / TO PRODUCTION

  • Management of all production logistics for shoots, records, edits, etc.
  • Sourcing of cast, crew, and other vendors (through partner agencies where relevant).
  • Collaborate with the business affairs team to oversee talent contracts, production agreements, and payment processes for partners and vendors.
  • Maintenance of a vendor/partner database.
  • Wrap jobs and develop production completion reports.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing relevant projects in a proven production environment.
  • Solid understanding of all facets of the production and post-production processes.
  • Knowledge of working with SAG talent and processes is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the agency production process, specifically video production.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of work styles and team dynamics.

Benefits

  • 100% Employee Owned
  • Profit Sharing
  • Paid Parking at our office locations
  • 401k plan with a match
  • Agency-paid medical, life, and short-term disability insurance along with options for vision, dental, additional life, and long-term disability insurance
  • A generous time off program including family leaves and volunteer work
  • Great clients!!
