🚀 We're Hiring: HVAC Systems Engineering Leader

📍 Location: Indianapolis IN Castleton Park

At Johnson Controls , we’re looking for a HVAC Systems Engineering Leader to guide a talented group of Systems Engineers and Designers. You’ll oversee hardware and software engineering, network-level commissioning, and drive innovation across major and branch projects.

This is more than a leadership role, it’s a chance to make a real impact on the building of technologies while mentoring the next generation of engineering talent.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and schedule engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions

• Develop and implement processes that ensure cost-effective, consistent project execution

• Serve as the regional expert in HVAC application engineering

• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

• Provide technical support, cost estimates, and drive continuous improvement

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects

• Hire, mentor, and grow your team through performance coaching and career development

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)

• 5+ years of HVAC application engineering experience

• Proven leadership in supervising technical teams

• Strong construction industry background

• Master’s degree or PE license is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $ 86,200.00 - 144,000.00 USD Annual.(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
