he Role :

The Hot Melt Ink Production Cell Operator is a member of a production team striving to provide quality products and services that exceed our customer’s expectations. In this role you’ll have an opportunity to contribute as part of the ink manufacturing team- utilizing standard procedures for product packing, assembly, manufacturing, raw material handling, mixing, equipment operation and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Execute manufacturing operations according to standards (SOP’s) and job safety requirements
• Operate production line machinery and computers
• Perform equipment changeovers as required
• Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line
• Complete daily production logs and required reporting
• Perform preventative maintenance on production line machinery as required
• May generate, collect, move and store hazardous waste or prepare document(s) related to hazardous waste management. May assist loading of hazardous wastes onto transporter trucks
• Proposes any identified improvement in the activity scope
• Maintain material supply level adhering to just in time manufacturing principles
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending and / or lifting. Pulling up to 50 lbs

Job Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write as well as follow written instructions
• Good hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Good vision and ability to distinguish between color

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday , 6:00 am - 2 :30 pm
