Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based in and around Winter Park, Colorado. We believe in having great food and great service at all of our locations. This includes our awesome slope side location,  Vertical Bistro & Tap  located in the  Winter Park Resort Village. 

We just have one problem: there are a lot of guests that need to be helped!! We specialize in scratch made food, craft cocktails, and draft beer. We want to be known as the number one choice for dining in Winter Park, CO. 

This is where you come in. A Host/Hostess will be a key leader in ensuring we can continue our wonderful restaurant operation. You will be hands on speaking with guests, answering the phone, and ensuring proper management of our dining room. 

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Welcome all guests who walk through the door 
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists 
• Manage Reservations or Call Ahead Seating
• Provide Menus and announce Server’s name
• Greet Customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with servers about available seating
• Maintain a clean host stand and reception area 
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (children, elderly, etc.)
• Answer Incoming Calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist Servers as needed
