Job Description: We are seeking a personal home cook who can visit a residence in Austin once a week to prepare homemade meals for two people. We are looking for someone who cooks in a homestyle manner, like a grandmother, with a focus on authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Plan weekly menus in coordination with the clients' tastes and dietary needs.
• Purchase fresh and high-quality ingredients or provide a detailed list of required ingredients for the clients to acquire.
• Cook and prepare meals for the entire week in a single weekly visit to the residence.
• Ensure the kitchen is left clean and organized after each session.
• Properly store prepared meals for preservation throughout the week.
• Adapt to the clients' dietary preferences and restrictions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a personal cook, home cook, or in a similar setting.
• Skill in cooking Mexican cuisine its a plus.
• Knowledge of food preservation techniques and meal prep for several days.
• Exceptional cooking skills, with a focus on homestyle and traditional meals.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the clients' tastes and preferences.
• Excellent attitude and willingness to work in a private setting.
