Description:
Seeking an experienced Home Care Manager that is located in Tega Cay, SC. This management position is responsible for providing some direct care as well as conducting marketing and outreach directly to prospects, hospitals, physician offices, rehab clinics, senior organizations, and the like to help us grow our business and partnerships.
We are private pay and provide private duty skilled and non-skilled services for the senior population. Base salary with monthly commission/incentive opportunity. This position may assist with on-call and work some weekends as it is a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Home Care or senior care as well as management and marketing confidence.

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the Tega Cay, SC location. Focusing on growing the number of clients we serve and assisting in the management of team members of the Home Care branch.
Will deliver some person-centered care based on the needs and interests of clients while preserving their dignity and quality of life. Provides hands on care, proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations.
