3. Travel Planning: Collaborate with our travel consultants to research destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget constraints.

4. Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including flight arrangements, hotel reservations, transportation, and excursion bookings.

5. Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions. Ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized for easy access.

6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of travel arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns. Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the overall travel experience.
