Job Description

Job Summary: The High Line Sales Manager at Mills Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the sales of high-end luxury vehicles within the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This full-time, salary position requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the auto industry and has a proven track record of sales success. As a key member of our team, the High Line Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package. In addition, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan and paid time off. Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales of high-end luxury vehicles within the assigned territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure individual and team goals are met
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the high-line vehicles and their features and benefits
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry trends
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto sales, with experience selling high-end luxury vehicles preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
