Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Schedule: Monday Friday

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join our HR team in NYC. This role will support high-volume hiring efforts during our peak season, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various healthcare departments. You'll collaborate directly with department leaders to ensure clinical and non-clinical roles are filled efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare roles, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Case Managers, and administrative support staff
• Conduct sourcing, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and interview scheduling
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create efficient recruitment plans
• Track applicant flow and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory hiring standards
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates in the applicant tracking system
• Assist in coordinating onboarding steps, including background checks and credentialing
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and contribute to recruitment marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications:

• Healthcare recruiting experience required. Open to clinical and non-clinical required.
• Familiarity with healthcare job functions and credentialing requirements is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Comfortable working in a temporary position.

The hourly rate for this position is $45 an hour.
