Job Summary: Digi Solutions, a leading marketing agency in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 per year, paid biweekly. As a Graphic Designer at Digi Solutions, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from digital graphics to print materials, and play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to understand their marketing goals and develop effective graphic design solutions
• Design and produce marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals
• Create and edit video and motion graphics for social media and other digital platforms
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for our clients and ensure consistency across all design assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute projects accurately and independently
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
