Designer

Location : Remote (3 days in office/Naperville)

Timeframe: 7/21/25--9/7/25

Schedule: 40/hrs a week

W2 Rate : $35/hr

Summary

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. The Designer should also have experience executing creative projects from conception to completion with a strong focus on consumer product packaging. This team member will be comfortable with multi-tasking, working under tight timelines, and collaborating with team members who have a positive, can-do attitude. The Graphic Designer will ensure the design team successfully promotes the client's core brands by delivering high-quality concepts, renderings, and creative collateral.

Responsibilities

• Design consumer retail packaging, merchandising displays, POP, sales materials, digital banner ads, social media assets, and various internal communications
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
• Generate ideas and renderings to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Design original pieces, including illustrations, logos, and infographics
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our creative projects
• Liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software
• Liaise with third-party providers and agencies when needed

Gotta Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related degree
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong focus on consumer retail packaging
• Highly skilled with the Adobe Creative Cloud
• A portfolio of completed design projects, including consumer retail packaging
• Have strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Great attention to visual details
• Knows how to collaborate with team members and is immaculate with deadlines
• Agency Experience, familiar with the hustle

Tip the Scales
