**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in our production process by packaging and labeling orders accurately, maintaining a safe work environment, and using equipment like forklifts and hand trucks to move items efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Package and label orders correctly. + Maintain a safe and organized work environment. + Use forklifts, hand trucks, and other lifting equipment to move items. + Fill orders accurately and quickly. + Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. + Maintain records of items picked and packed. + Take photos of all individual items and send them to Epicor. + Lift up to 50 pounds. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in production tasks. + Experience in inventory control. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Certification on a fork truck. + Fork Lift Driving + Experience in a warehouse environment. + Picking + Packing Secondary Skills + General Labor + General Production + Carpentry + Machine Operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Collaboration and adaptability. + Problem-solving and time management. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a leading company in the sign manufacturing industry with a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
