**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for feeding materials into a robotic welder, inspecting parts, and identifying any faults with the equipment. **Responsibilities** + Feed materials into a robotic welder efficiently and safely. + Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. + Identify and report any faults or issues with the robotic welder. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Ability to perform detailed inspections. + Proficiency in machine operating. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior manufacturing experience is required. + Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous. + Familiarity with operating a robotic welder is a plus. + Forklift operation skills are beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that values safety and quality. Dress code is casual with necessary protective gear provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dickson, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
