What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience managing a property with $10 Million revenue and 150 rooms.
• Minimum one year Hotel Manager OR three years Executive Member experience at a similar-sized or larger hotel.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team member culture.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive business growth.
• Experience managing owner relations and fostering positive partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hilton brand expertise.
• Local market.
• Experience with airport property.
