About the Role
As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in the overall coordination of the office. You’ll learn everything from handling patient records and scheduling to assisting with insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Communication
*
Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and a service-first attitude
*
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle email communications
*
Confirm appointments and coordinate daily office flow with the clinical team
*
Provide clear and friendly explanations about forms, payments, and office policies
Administrative Operations
*
Accurately enter and maintain patient data in our system (Dentrix software)
*
Manage electronic records, scan and upload documents, and ensure data accuracy
*
Support office workflows using Google Drive, Google Docs, and Excel reports
*
Handle confidential patient information with discretion and compliance
Financial & Insurance Support
*
Learn how to discuss treatment plans and financial options with patients
*
Assist with collecting co-pays, deposits, and account balances
*
Support insurance verification and documentation (training provided)
Team Collaboration
*
Work closely with doctors, dental assistants, and office managers to ensure smooth daily operations
*
Communicate efficiently between administrative and clinical teams
*
Participate in staff meetings, office trainings, and continuing education sessions
