Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various online channels, including job boards and social media.
• Craft and post compelling job listings to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company cultures.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in an online setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency.
