Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a PE-backed financial services firm, to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for its growing Strategic Finance team. This role is ideal for candidates coming from investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or similar analytical roles with 2–3 years of experience.

This role is flexibly hybrid in the office downtown and is budgeted between $120,000-$140,000 base salary with additional bonus eligibility.  A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.

Role Overview

This analyst will directly support the Head of Finance and work across forecasting, strategic projects, and executive reporting. The position offers broad exposure to senior leadership and meaningful ownership of analytical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the company’s three-statement model for budgeting and long-term planning
• Analyze business partners, credit performance, pricing, and P&L drivers
• Build presentations for senior leadership and the Board
• Support lender relationships and credit facility analysis
• Partner with Accounting and IT on reporting and key business metrics
• Assist with M&A, investor work, and other strategic initiatives
• Potential to mentor junior analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance REQUIRED 
• 2–3 years in IB, PE, corporate development, valuation, or comparable finance environment

• MUST have experience owning and maintaining a full three-statement financial model. There will be an assessment during the interview process to gauge this. 

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Understanding of GAAP and three-statement financials
• Clear communicator with strong analytical skills
• SQL/BI experience is a plus
