This position is part of our EVERSANA/UCB "Field Access Specialist Team".
The Immunology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)/Field Access Specialist is a key field-based member of the U.S. iPVU’s Patient Strategy and Solutions Team. The FRM will act as the main point of contact at designated accounts providing account management support to Biologic Coordinators and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on behalf of Patients prescribed a UCB Dermatology Biologic for approved indications (including in-line and launch brands). As a part of this strategy, the FRM will provide on-going education to accounts around the UCB Immunology Patient Services programs, payer landscape and pharmacy channel access. The FRM will help coordinate pull-through efforts for patients who have been prescribed a UCB Dermatology Biologic, irrespective of channel (HUB, specialty pharmacy, etc.), provided proper HIPAA consent has been secured from the patient. The FRM will be expected to be the primary face of the Patient Services platforms within designated HCP. The FRM is also responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize access to UCB products for patients and health care providers (HCP).

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
