Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northeast El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced practitioners, offering the opportunity to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved communities while working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Work Schedule:
?Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday = 8 am - 5 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)
?Wednesday = 7 am - 7 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)
?Friday = 8 am - 1 pm

Qualifications:
?Education: Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
?Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
?Experience: New graduates are welcome; FQHC or primary care experience is a plus.
?Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical diagnostics, and primary care procedures.
?Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, empathy, and adaptability. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
?Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management.
?Develop individualized care plans emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
?Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
?Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
