What you will do:
Keep our community looking and running at its best, from repairs and touch-ups to maintaining gardens, gyms, and resident areas.
Assist with apartment make-ready processes and ensure vacant units remain market-ready.
Respond to maintenance queries, complete minor repairs
Support compliance and safety checks (training provided).
Deliver great service, from parcel deliveries to helping residents feel at home
What we are looking for:
A hands-on, practical thinker with a can-do attitude.
Someone keen to build a career in facilities, property, or trades.
Physical Requirements: Comfortable lifting up to 12kg, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout the day while following safe work practices.
Previous experience in maintenance or similar role advantageous
Helpful and friendly manner, professional and courteous with both residents and colleagues
Ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
