Position: Entry Level Sales
Compensation: $30,000 - $55,000
WHAT IS GOING ON?
We are excited about building something special in Alexandria. We are making a lot of progress but, still need a few bright and talented new people to help us meet our goals. Our entry level sales position is a great starting point for experience and training in a fast-paced sales environment.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
- Money of course: You will start with a $30,000 per year salary plus bonuses. After bonuses most will make $50,000 in their first 12 months.

- Training: We have a special 8-week workshop starting soon for candidates who have limited experience in the customer service or automotive industry. We are able to do this online from our headquarters in Lafayette. We also hope to coordinate an orientation visit for you in Lafayette.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
True love, the meaning of life, and a way to keep the YouTube audio going when you close the app? In the meantime, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to help the people in Alexandria make good decisions about purchasing automobiles. You don't need experience but, we love to see people with experience in customer service or anything dealing with the public.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
You cheerfully greet our customers, find out what they need, match them to our award-winning products, test drive the newest vehicles, present prices, ask for the business, and show people how to use their new car. Here are a few other things you will do: Make phone calls, email customers, text customers, market yourself, attend sales meetings, attend training, and schedule appointments with your clients.
WHEN DO YOU DO IT?
We are open from 8:30 to 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday and closed on Sundays. You are given a day off during the week and have an early night at 5:30 pm every other evening. Please apply if you have any questions.
