The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day tasks, manage schedules, and help streamline operations to contribute to the company's success. . Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence via email, phone, and in-person communication.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Conduct basic research and compile information for decision-making.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
