ATS Scientific Products is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team!

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising initiatives, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Proficiency in WordPress, SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn Ads is a must. Additionally, you will maintain our company's website, ensuring it is regularly updated with fresh content on a weekly basis. This is a remote position - NY, PA, NJ locations preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Oversee SEM campaigns, including paid search (PPC) and display advertising, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI.
• Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and other paid media campaigns.
• Maintain and update WordPress website, ensuring best practices in UX, content optimization, and performance.
• Regularly update website content to keep information current and engaging.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance tracking.
• Develop compelling and targeted ad copy, landing pages, and marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in WordPress, including content management, plugins, and basic customization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and landing page creation.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or SEO are a plus.
• Experience with email marketing, social media, or content marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
