Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical support and solutions for our financial services operations. Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring minimal downtime. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Android devices, Apple products, and Windows-based systems. - Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper configurations and permissions. - Support and configure Cisco and Citrix technologies to meet organizational needs. - Diagnose and repair computer hardware, including Dell systems, to optimize performance. - Implement and maintain backup solutions to safeguard critical data. - Oversee configuration management processes to ensure system consistency and compliance. - Collaborate with team members to enhance IT support strategies and improve service delivery. - Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base. - Provide guidance to end-users on best practices for utilizing IT resources effectively. Requirements - Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role. - Strong knowledge of Android development and Apple device management. - Expertise in Cisco and Citrix technologies. - Hands-on experience with computer hardware, particularly Dell systems. - Proficiency with Active Directory, including account management and configuration. - Familiarity with backup technologies and data protection strategies. - Solid understanding of configuration management tools and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
