Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, managing, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately enter and update data into company systems or databases.

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval.

  • Assist with data-related projects as needed (such as transferring or cleaning data).
  • Communicate with team members to clarify or verify data when necessary.
  • Perform routine quality checks on data and ensure timely submission of tasks.
  • Follow company guidelines for data security and confidentiality.

  • Provide general administrative support when needed.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred, but not required).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
