We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Manager with the aim of leading the CRM & Marketing Automation department. This is a profile with a keen interest in optimizing business processes, designing campaigns, creating journeys and analyzing databases.

In-depth Knowledge of Digital Ecosystem: In-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, its players and technologies
Strategic Vision: Have the ability to think long-term and develop solid strategies that drive the growth and success of the agency. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and channels Adaptability and Problem Solving: Be able to adapt quickly to changes in the market and solve problems creatively and efficiently.Education and Experience
