Pure Water Northwest is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Commission Based Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who has a true desire to help people but also very strong communication skills.

This Full-Time position offers the flexibility of working from home and on the road, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking a work-life balance. We rarely require you to come into the office, we care about results and culture more than anything.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and cold call potential clients to expand customer base
• Run warm leads that we will provide you.
  • NOTE: we start you at the highest commission and then we increase our marketing budget in direct relation to closing ratio. Nobody makes a different commission here, but top closers get the marketing leads first.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Track your own sales and do good follow-up to close deals
• Work your past sales for good referrals

Requirements

• You have to like people and know that they like you
• Fearless communication skills
• Desire to actually help people, we work with water and we have saved lives
• Previous experience in sales
• Previous experience developing your own leads
• Previous experience with organizing leads using spreadsheet or CRM software to stick with sales if they do not close onsite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of CRM software.
• Ability to travel locally to meet with clients as needed
