What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute a menu of authentic Italian dishes using traditional methods and fresh, high-quality ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a chef or cook in Italian cuisine
Deep knowledge of pasta-making, sauces, risottos, and regional specialties
Passion for cooking and attention to detail
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred but not required
