Job Description

Job Title : Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
Monitor data quality, perform validation checks, and ensure data accuracy
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business initiatives
Document processes, data definitions, and report logic
Stay updated with BI tool features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization
Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Ability to communicate data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of Excel for advanced data analysis and pivot tables
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
BI or data analytics certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate)
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
