• Efficiently and accurately manage the contract-to-close process, ensuring all deadlines and paperwork are met promptly in Phoenix, AZ, US.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other essential parties to facilitate seamless real estate transactions in Phoenix, AZ, US.
• Verify and ensure the compliance of all transaction documentation, including contracts, disclosures, and closing statements, in Phoenix, AZ, US.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date transaction records in the CRM, transaction management software, and internal filing systems in Phoenix, AZ, US.
• Monitor and manage key transaction deadlines like earnest money, inspections, appraisals, loan approval, and closing dates in Phoenix, AZ, US.
• Assist in drafting and sending client communications to keep them informed and ensure a smooth experience in Phoenix, AZ, US.
• Support the commission tracking and invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely payments in Phoenix, AZ, US.

Qualifications:

• To be considered for the Bilingual Transaction Coordinator position in Phoenix, AZ, US, real estate experience is required, while holding a Real Estate License is preferred.
