Location: Miami, FL (50% remote)

Job Type: Contract (18 months)

Rate: $100-105/hr C2C/1099 + expenses when traveling onsite (negotiable for excellent candidates)

All Candidates MUST have the following experience or will be automatically rejected:

• Must be Epic Beaker certified (Primarily Beaker AP focused but would prefer both Beaker AP and Beaker CP certifications)
• Must have implementation planning and project management experience
• Open to Beaker Analysts with both certifications. Ideally, the candidate would have both PM and analyst experience.

Job Description:
The Beaker Project Manager/Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the Epic Beaker system within the University of Miami Health System. This role requires strong Epic Beaker certification, project management expertise, and the ability to lead successful implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation planning and execution for Epic Beaker modules.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and goals are met.
• Provide both project management and analytical support where needed.

Required Skills:

• Epic Beaker certification (AP focus required; AP + CP preferred).
• Strong experience with implementation planning and project management.
• Ability to work as both a project manager and analyst if required.

Skills:

• Dual Beaker certification (AP and CP).
• Experience leading Beaker projects in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
